Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Goldsack bag. If you're not happy for any reason, here's our return policy:

- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please email us at vehmwgwtfi608@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
